Our certified and notarized translation services allows you to legalize the translation of a document. The sworn translation is mostly required for state and federal courts as well as higher academic institutions and banks. We are able to translate any type of document and notarize the translation for legal use. Our translators work day and night to ensure orders and completed on time, accurately, and ready to be used. We are able to send everything electronically and physically to your address. The notarization will be issued by a Florida notary and is valid for use within the United States.

Submit Order

Submit your order above. We'll need the documents that need to be translated. If you encounter issues, please send them to us at info@floridatranslate.com.

Review Process

After your order is translated. It will go through a verification process before it is sent to you. During this step, your order will also be notarized if selected.

Processing

After your order is submitted, we'll assign it to one of our experienced translators to be processed and translated.

Delivery

All documents are delivered electronically. You may also select physical delivery during checkout.

  • How can I upload my documents?

    You can upload your documents for submission when placing your order. Otherwise, you can send them to info@floridatranslate.com and we'll add them to your order. 

  • Which certification should I select?

    Florida Translate is a member of the American Translators Association. 


    All translations include the standard certification. If you're unsure about the certification you require you can view our certification guide here

  • What is defined as a page?

    A page is a single sided document containing no more than 250 words. Should a page exceed this criteria, it would be subject to the cost of an additional page or $0.10 per word. 

  • Do I need to notarize documents?

    You can view our certification/shipping guide here to view if you require a notarization or a specific certification type. 


    We recommend adding notarization if you will submit your documents to:

    -United States Department of State (Passports)

    -Local, State, or Federal Court

    -Academic Instituions

    -Credential Evaluation Services

    -Apostille or Foreign Government Process


    You do not need a notarization for Immigration purposes with the United State Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

  • How long do the documents take to be translated?

    Please view our fulfillment times here. Your documents may be completed faster if you select Expedited processsing during checkout. 


    We also offer 2 hour delivery as an option for orders that are between 1-3 pages and when submitted from Monday to Saturday from 9AM-3PM. 

  • How will my documents be delieved?

    All documents are delivered electronically via Email. You may request physical shipping as an addon during checkout. You can view our shipping guidelines here to view if you require a physical copy. 

  • Do I need the original documents shipped?

    With physical shipping, we will send you the document, cover letter and notarization if selected, stamped with an official transaltor seal.

  • How can I upload my documents?

    You can upload your documents for submission when placing your order. Otherwise, you can send them to info@floridatranslate.com and we'll add them to your order. 

  • Is the translation certification included?

    Florida Translate is a member of the American Translators Association. 


    All of our translations are certified and this is included in the base price of the translation. Notarization is available as well as an optional add-on service.
