  • Where do I start?

You can create your order here. Our system will ask you several questions regarding your request. You may upload your files and submit everything directly on this page.

We can also manually create the order for you. You may request a quote here or send your documents to our e-mail: info@floridatranslate.com and we'll send you an exact quote/invoice.

  • How are the documents delivered?

    All orders are delivered electronically.

You may also add physicaly delivery during the checkout process.

  • What is defined as a page?

A page is defined as a document containing no more than 250 words.

Should a document contain more than 250 words, an additional page would need to be added to the order or the difference in words can be added at $0.10 per word. We can modify this after you create your order if necessary.

  • Where do you offer services?

We are based in Orlando, FL but we offer services nationwide. All translations are delivered electronically but we can also send the physical versions directly to your address.

  • Do I need to notarize my translations?

The following purposes normally required notarized translations:

    - State/Local/Federeal courts

    - State government agencies

    - Universities/Acacdemic institutions
