Florida Translate provides a comprehensive Affidavit of Single Status service to meet the requirements for getting married abroad. Our service is designed to offer you a notarized and apostilled affidavit that certifies you are not currently married and are eligible for marriage, recognized internationally. Whether you are planning a wedding in another country, dealing with international legal matters, or handling personal affairs across borders, our Affidavit of Single Status ensures your documents meet the necessary legal standards.
Key Features of Our Affidavit of Single Status Service:
International Recognition: Our affidavits can be used abroad once notarized and apostilled by the Department of State. This ensures acceptance in countries worldwide.
Bilingual Options: If you are getting married in a Spanish-speaking country, we offer a Spanish version of the affidavit for your convenience.
Remote Online Notarization (RON): Our RON services allow you to have your affidavit notarized online quickly and efficiently, without the need for in-person visits.
How It Works:
1. Download the Affidavit Form: Access our free affidavit form for the State of Florida, available in both English and Spanish.
2. Complete the Form: Fill out the affidavit with the required information. Leave the signature and notary parts in blank .
3. Notarization:

Option 1: You can notarize your document with a local notary, and then send the original notarized file to us with UPS. The UPS shipping label will be provided by out team and is included as part of the service.

Option 2: Select remote online notarization and have your affidavit notarized by a licensed Florida Notary from the comfort of your home, or anywhere in the world. You don't need to send the physical file with this option.

Apostille Service: Once notarized, we can handle the apostille process with the Florida Department of State to ensure your affidavit is ready for international use.
Receive Your Document: After the apostille is obtained, you will receive your apostilled document physically, ensuring it meets all necessary legal requirements for your marriage abroad.
For a seamless and expedited experience, combine our Affidavit of Single Status service with our Remote Online Notarization and Apostille services.
